- Tandem exercise with a client and a builder
- Sorting requests, implementing them immediately or noting them for later

- Outcome: Each participant has a prototype with a database and login that has been improved in a simulated stakeholder session.

- Exercise: Have two other participants test the prototype and implement three changes.
- Security and quality
- Checking access rules and roles
- Security scan and storing secrets correctly
- Test cases for the most important workflows
- Exercise: Run the security scan and work through the findings.
- Publishing and operating
- Publishing as a snapshot, custom domain
- Analytics and error logs
- Changes after going live
- Exercise: Publish the first version and share the live URL with the group.
- Handover to development
- What Lovable does not cover, such as architecture, scaling and test coverage
- GitHub sync and handover document
- Collaboration with teams that use Cursor or Claude Code
- Exercise: Write a handover document with data model, roles and open points.
